Social Construction of CJ System issues

In looking at the process of the criminal justice system, we can examine
the relationship between ideology and the social construction of such
factors as law and crime.

In this assingment:

1) Read the articles
2) Summarize the points (your format on this is up to you; pretend
   you're writing it for a journal article)
3) Take the points of the articles and:
   a) Apply them to an aspect or topic of the social construction of an issue
      with criminal justice systems in the last few years
   b) Explain how ideology shaped the social construction of that issue,
      or at least contributed to it.
