See the movie BARBERSHOP (with Ice Cube, Cedric the Entertainer, et al)

1) Summarize the story
2) If you were to write a lecture for a sociology course,
   what relevance would you say that it had for the course
3) List 5 points that you would want your students to take from the 
   book/movie
4) Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton have argued that this is a racist movie 
and should not been made. After seeing the moving, how would you respond?
5) Drawing from the chapters on culture, gender, and identity, how 
   might this chapter illustrate "doing black" as a verb?
