Teaching to Transgress

Read the book TEACHING TO TRANSGRESS by bell hooks. Summarize the book
and explain what you think the author is trying to say. How would classes
at NIU be different if we took her philosophy seriously?

Then, explain how this class would be different if it were taught by
a black female.
