SOCIOLOGY WEEK EXERCISES

POINTS: up to 20 (5 points per paper)
LENGTH: 500-800 words (3-4 pages)
DUE: NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, OCT 9

This is Sociology Week (announcements have been made in classes, but if you
missed it, the information is at:

The assignment:

1) Go to any (or all)  sociology evening presentation

2) Type up a 2-3 page response paper on what you learned and hand it in
or email it to me

3) Up to 5 points for each evening

Sometimes, a few people try to submit papers without going, copying
from, or getting info from, people who were there. I will be spot-checking
papers and then asking questions about the presentation, including
details of the panel and the presentation.

ANYBODY FOUND TO HAVE SUBMITTED WITHOUT ATTENDING WILL LOSE ANY
PREVIOUS EXTRA CREDIT AND BE PROHIBITED FROM SUBMITTED EXTRA CREDIT
FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE TERM!
