DUE: Weds, Dec 7 (in my box or by email/non-attachment)
LENGTH: About 1,200 words (5 pages)

We are reading Sullivan/Tifft's Restorative Justice as a way to develop
an alternative way of viewing justice in the criminal justice system.
They pose a theory of justice--what it is?

In essay format, address these issues:

1) What is Sullivan & Tifft's view of justice?

2) Compare and contrast with any two other perspectives we've discussed

3) Is their view realistic? How might it be implemented?
