WHAT: The book: Eats, Shoots, and Leaves (by Lynne Truss) DUE: Saturday, June 23 (either email or hardcopy) (for up to 60 points) or: July 5 (for up to 50 points) or: July 14 (for up to 40 points) or: July 21 (for up to 25 points) VALUE: Up to 50 points LENGTH: 700-800 words (3-4 pages) Writing is critical, and good writing includes punctuation. This class stresses writing in the papers, and writing will be a component in the grading. The Truss book is funny, informative, and helpful. (order from amazon.com and share) Read this. Then: 1) Summarize what the book is about 2) What five (5) points did you learn from it? 3) Briefly explain at least 5 common errors that you make in your writing that this book will help you with? 4) Edit this paper carefully - if it doesn't show that you learned from Pandas, you'll lose lots of points
