TYLER raises a number of good questions, especially in Chapter 8.
Drawing from Tyler (with emphasis on chapter 8) address the following:

1.Why do radicals tend to move attention away from procedural justice and 
toward distributive inequities and moral righteousness?

2.Tyler implies that justice is good business? Does this differ from
Glaucon (in Plato)? From Don Corrleone in The God Father? That is,
"justice isn't an end in itself, it's just instrumental in serving our
interests") 

3.Is there a psychological contract that develops in ongoing social 
interactions? (that is, is justice a "negotiation" (Plato/Polemarchus)
where we do good to friends and evil to enemies because it's "good
business?"
