GAME 2: GENDER AND JUSTICE

This exercise, worth up to 40 points.
BEGINNING DISCUSSION: Now through Saturday, Oct 29
PUBLIC DISCISSION: Team leaders will post Tuesday, Nov 1

Gender justice/injustice affect both men and women.
Read the following to pieces:

What do men really want? and

Human Liberation

After reading, in your teams, discuss:

1) What gender injustices are present in this reading?

2) How is gender injustice perpetuated through our social roles?

3) How can challenging these social roles contribute to gender justice?

Feel free to add additional questions or think beyond the box.

Although this will NOT be a debate, it will be graded as a competition.
Top team gets 40, and all other teams get 30.

There's a catch. I've invited everybody's favorite antognist to respond.
After your posts, She will respond. Each team can then rebut. The final
winners will be determined by a combination of the team's public comments
*AND* their rebuttal. If she wins, she gets the 40 points and the other teams
get 30.
