Some wardens in Illinois say that this book is one of the best for
describing how staff have to deal with inmates, and some wardens require
their staff to read it.

In 4-5 pages, explain why you think it is useful for staff. Be sure to
tie your analysis to information from prison trips and to text and lecture 
on the topic.
