In about 5 pages: 

What is an ideology and why is it a crucial concept for corrections?
(Hint: See the handout one and Handout two

Answer should include briefly:

   1) Definition of ideology
   2) Identification and description of ONE SPECIFIC ideology as an example
   3) What is YOUR ideology (and why)?

   4) What are the implications of the following ideologies for:
      for a) sentencing, b) treatment, c) punishment, and d) rehabilitation  
     (Select ANY TWO from radical, liberal, libertarian, conservative)
