2. Read John Stuart Mill's  speech in favor of capitol punishment and
critique it:
    a) What is his position?
    b) How does he defend it?
    c) Are there flaws in his logic or premises?
    d) If you were debating him, what would you say?

3. If (and only if) you OPPOSE the death penalty, answer the question
posed by: What about HENRY?
