Extra Credit--Janet Jackon's Proposals to reduce overcrowding

   In 1998, Illinois legislators introduced a controversial 10-point
   proposal to reform Illinois prisons.

   Janet Jackson, currently serving a natural ife sentence in Dwight, has
   written her own proposals for reducing prison overcrowding.
   
   You can access them HERE.
   
   FOR EXTRA CREDIT (up to three (3) points for EACH of her points): Respond
   to her points, drawing on what you have learned in the course.
   Each comment should be between 150-200 words (half to 3/4s of a page).
   
   Return them via EMAIL ONLY.
