(NOTE: Just skim the long historical soci of law notes; they are rough and
poorly formatted. Just get a smattering of the basics--about a 15 minute
skim is enough)

I will have questions for group discussion next week, but for now, read
the historical material with this in mind: How does our CJ system
reject a PROCESS rather than a THING?
