1) What is the author saying? (that is, what is satire, and what's the
author's real points?)

2) Does the author get you thinking about things a new way?

3) Of what relevance, or what points from this book might you use if
you assigned students to read it in a course on criminal justice issues?
That is, of what relevance would such a satirical paper be if you wanted
to write about criminal justice?
