Worth three points each (Up to a MAXIMUM of 30 points)

Find a GOOD url and:
    a) Summarize it
    b) Provide the URL (it must work -- if not, no credit)

Then:  Post it on WebBoard in the appropriate section 
(The NEAT WEB RESOURCES SECTION). A point will be reduced if placed in
the wrong section. The site must, obviously have something to do with
some theme of the course. Simply pointing to a site you've visited
doesn't count. Nor do the sites that you might include in a post to
back up a claim. The intent here is to find RESOURCE SITES from which
we can all learn.

NOTE: IF SOMEBODY ELSE ALREADY POSTED THE SITE, YOU CAN'T!

This site has considerable information on the death penalty including
frequently asked questions about it, links to other sites, wrongful
capital convictions, and lots of Illinois information.
