Sociology 488 - Juvenile Delninquency
Here's how our final exam will work this Wednesday:
There will be three phases:
1. There will be 30 multiple choice questions worth 1 point each
(for a total of 30 points). Here are some samples
You will have about 15-20 minutes for this.
2. You will have 3 teams (I will choose them) for a team-written
essay (worth 40 points). This will take about 20 minutes.
3. Three DIFFERENT teams will then have an ORAL exercise.
Each team gets to ask another team a question. Then, two teams will
critique it for the rest of the class. Grades will be assessed BOTH
on the answer and the critique, so the team asking the questions
should also know the answer. Teams will put their grades on a
secret (anonymous) sheet and turn them in.
This will be worth 30 points and take the rest of the period.
