WILL WE BE REQUIRED TO MEET FACE-TO-FACE?

Because not everybody can meet face to face (especially those who live out
of state), the face-to-face meetings are not a requirement. However,
they are *strongly encouraged*.

It is often easier to communicate with people once we have have an image
of them and can picture their faces and "hear" their voices when we
read their posts. Also, it is a way to give a tangible presence to the
ascii we read.  For this reason, f2f contact--whether formal or
informal--will be encouraged.
