Completely address this issue:

How might criminologists, criminal justice practitioners, the public,
and legislators differ in their assessments of parole or aftercare?
Would inmates have a better change of release with a parole board
constituted by one grouip over another? What commonalities might exist
among these groups' assessments of parole and how to implement it?
