In a well-reasoned and well-researched essay (text, Web, newspapers): 1) What are the major gangs in chicago and where are the located in Chicago? 2) What is their impact on schools? (Be specific with examples) 3) Is there anything that could/should be done about gangs in schools? If so, what? If not, why not?
