Here is the next debate question for Game 6, Question II 2. The history of executing juveniles shows that it's not been rare. Drawing from this history: Teams A/B - the "history" should end Teams C/D: We should recognize tradition - historical precedents are a guide, RESOLVED: THE US SUPREME COURT HAS AGREED THAT THE ORGINAL FRAMERS OF THE CONSTITUTION INTENDED FOR A DEATH PENALTY. THEY DID NOT EXEMPT JUVENILES, AND HISTORICALLY WE HAVE ALWAYS EXERCISED THE RIGHT TO EXECUTE JUVENILES. THEREFORE, WE SHOULD ACCEPT THE ORIGINAL FRAMERS' AND HISTORICAL PRECEDENT AND FRY THE LITTLE MONSTERS FOR CRIMES THEY COMMITED AT AGE 16 OR 17.
