In this course, we will examine theories, definitions, and trends in delinquency. We will also discuss the juvenile justice system and social responses to delinquency. This course will have a strong internet component constituting about 25 percent of the grade. This will include Web assignments and online discussions. All students must have knowledge of Email and Web surfing by the end of the first week.
