  •  ??: Social Constructionism: Definition

  •  Lisa Frohmann: Law Reform and Social Construction

  •  Buffington: Periodization and it's Discontents

  •  Roby: Politics and Criminal Law

Then, do this in an essay:

1) Critique the articles - are they convincing?

2) Apply them to the topic of police and explain what insights they might
give us, if any: Can we also look at policing/social control as a
"social construct?"
