In the belief that an instructor's accountability is critical to improving departmental teaching, and in the belief that existing evaluation forms don't include sufficient material to assess accountability, I generally urge students to submit qualitative/open-ended feedback as a way of trying to hold us (instructors) to the same high standards we expect from students. For CRJ 540, I hope you will cooperate by answering the following questions, print off your response, and give them to: Megan Reckers No later than next Thursday's class (Thursday, May 1) She will collect them and give them to Professor Erez. Traditionally, the Director (or Chair) shares pros/cons with the instructor to improve future teaching, so your input, whether good or bad, matters!! Do not sign your name, and be sure there is no identifying information on the response. 1. What did you like MOST about the class? 2. What did you like LEAST about the class? 3. How did the class fit within the substance of your other classes? Was the material useful? Connected? 4. What would you like to see eliminated or changed in this type of graduate class? 5. What would you like to see retained in this type of graduate class? 6. What could the instructor do differently to improve your learning experience?
