A week of prison food

Here is a typical week's menu for an Illinois prison. It can be supplemented
milk, bread, perhaps pad of butter, fruit, and vegitables or modest
salad such as cole slaw. Breakfasts are usually milk, cereal, bread,
perhaps eggs or some other conventional item.

Note the items that can include soy substitute, which is the subject
of litigation in Illinois prisons.
