Soci 386 - Online: CLASS READINGS (ASSIGNED WEEKLY)

In addition to the texts from the bookstore, readings will include 
URLs, class handouts, and PDS and MSWord files. You can also expect 
audio/video and powerpoint exercises and games. Therefore, it is 
IMPERATIVE that you have internet access that can access these files. 
This is one way of keeping course costs down and expanding resources 
not available in conventional textbook-based classes.

YOU MUST KEEP UP - If you fall behind, it will be difficult to catch 
up.  We will discuss readings on WebBoard. You are expected to be on 
WebBoard at least 4 times a week for, at a minimum, 5-6 hours a week 
total.

You should be prepared, when coming to the first class meeting to 
discuss the following:
