TEAM Exercise 5 - submissions

Here are the results from Exercise #5  - "soft on crime" debate that the teams 
submitted if people want to see how others did.

Which team has its facts wrong? Which has the weakest argument that you
can poke holes in?

Discuss this among yourselves in your team areas and then come back and "debate"
the other teams - simple opinions and "wanks" will lose points for the team.
