Readings: March 20 GUIDING QUESTION: Loose Coupling or what? Presenters: Blola Arona Jim We look at the criminal justice system as a set of integrated components. Today, we examine how integrated they actually are. We will develop the concept of LOOSE COUPLING, which is the slippaged (or gap) between what an organization does and what it says it does.
