The following are ROUGH LECTURE OUTLINES. These are MY NOTES that I use
to refresh my memory when I summarize the text. There may be material
added or omitted. These are simply "sign posts" that I use, and you
MUST read the text.
These are intended to help you follow lecture and to identify a few
of the issues that I think are important to know.:
I will not put every outline up, but a few will help you follow how
I outline material for all the chapters.
NOTE: Sometimes there are bizarre typos in the notes. This is because I
sometimes use voice recognition software to "write" them, which leads
to some often odd language.
